For Safety Purpose, we only accept Stripe or Paypal Payments, you don t need an account and you will be able to pay with your credit card through Paypal. With Paypal Secured Payment (with or without Paypal account) the delivery is guaranteed or you are refund.
We are just using 2 different ways of shipping to guarantee great selling price. It s your choice to select one of them when ordering, so we will not refund any order if you are not agree with these policies.
- Free Shipping : Standard Postal Shipping with tracking number
USA ONLY standard USPS tracked shipping within 7 to 15+ business days
UK: Royal Mail within 8 to 12 bus days
AU: Australia Post within 10 to 25 bus days
Other destination: Local Post service within 10 to 15 bus days
- Express Shipping : Express delivery by selected company - 3 to 5 business days with great tracking service.
If this service is available, you will see it at the Top of the product page, if it s not indicated that Express delivery is available, please, DO NOT SELECT THE SERVICE.
Please, note that these delays are not including availability of the product which is clearly indicated on the product sheet page.
To select the express delivery, you must add 'express delivery option' item proposed on product sheet page to your basket. Without selecting this option, your order will be sent with standard post shipping.
Shipping insurance to your order is offered for special items and it s indicated in the product page. It means that premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping is offered. We'll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it is reported lost or damaged.
Warranty & Return
To return a product, please first read though the below terms and conditions, then follow our returns online procedure. Due to large volume of product returned to us only due to error when ordering: WE DON T ACCEPT ANYMORE that a product is returned to us for this reason, it's your responsibility to check the compatibility of your product or the size, color and so on...(which is well explained in product page) and decide not to order if it does not fit with your material or your size. So, it will have NO authorized return or refund for error in command if the product has already left warehouse and that you have been advised by mail.
Items Damaged in Transit
If items were visibly damaged on receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and contacting us within 7 working days, as well as providing us with the proof as following:
1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box
2. Photo, video, screenshot of the defective item
3. Photo, video, screenshot of the defect or defective area
Our sales manager will communicate with you for further information.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 working days in which you could inform us of the fault. You can show us pictures, videos, or screenshot of the wrong items you get. After talking with your sales manager, you can return back in their original packages, all accessories and documents should be included. After verification of the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment account. However, if a returned item is found no fault by our technicians we will resend the item to you. In this case, you will be responsible for the return freight cost.
Repair Policy in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases is defective, and it's no more than 1 year since receipt, you are entitled to a warranty repair, please kindly provide us with proof as below: pictures, videos to show the product now is defective. After informing us of the information and getting confirmation from us, you can send the items back for repairment.
Before sending back, please note: Keep in mind that it's your responsibility to record and erase all info (e.g. texts, images, ringtones, contacts, etc.) from any phone or other items you return to us. Goldydiscount is not responsible for any personal info left on a phone and will not guarantee that personal info left on a phone or other items will be erased. Detailed repair policy as below chart.
